RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We allow customers to return unopened packs that are in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging and your request must be made within 60 days of your purchase. Email support@ecopeaco.com to begin the return process.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item and whether it is approved. If applicable, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card, original method of payment or your account, within 10 days. You can then purchase a new size if this is an exchange.
